Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Simulator86 platform and its services. By using the platform, you agree to them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

01 Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to any projects you create on Simulator86. You are free to modify, distribute, and manage your work as you see fit. Simulator86 claims no ownership over your work unless explicitly agreed through a separate written agreement.

02 Public & private projects

Unless you are on a paid plan and have marked a project as private, projects created on Simulator86 are public by default. This means:

  • Your project can be viewed and run by other users via its share link.
  • Your project may be featured on the homepage or elsewhere on the platform to showcase outstanding or popular work.

03 User responsibilities

By using Simulator86, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the content you create, and that it does not violate any laws or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws.
  • You will not engage in activity that could harm the platform, its users, or its infrastructure — including hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.

04 Service limitations

We strive to provide a high-quality service, but Simulator86 is provided as-is, without warranties or guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. We are not liable for:

  • Interruptions or disruptions to the service.
  • Loss of user data or content.
  • Errors or bugs in the platform's functionality.

05 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, services, or legal obligations. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

06 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Simulator86 if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that is harmful to the platform or its users.
